Natural Bronze Schlappen Rooster Feathers per ounce

These gorgeous rooster feather item is a mix of primarily natural bronze black schlappen with tinges browns, tans, whites scattered though out. It is a densely strung (sewn) together and easy to apply as is with numerous applications in fashion, costume design, crafts, dance outfits, masks, Carnival and Tahitian dance costumes. The feathers can be removed for individual use or in clumps as desired. Schlappen is a type of rooster feather located at the base of the tail. The feathers are soft and flexible but wider and denser than Saddle. The stem is thinner than the similar coque. The feathers are 5-7 inches in length and a strung ounce measures about 14-16 inches (varies) along the sewn end.
