This Strung Rooster Cape Hackle is thin stemmed and very flexible with lots of movement. It's slightly stiffer than the our Saddle hackle, and has a lot less fluff at the bottom of the quill. The Feathers are 5-6 inches in length with over 200 feathers per strung foot.
