Burgundy Ostrich Feather Fringe per yard

The Premium grade of our ostrich feather fringe trim has 4-5 long inch fibers. It is attached to a thin cording which is more versatile and easy to sew than ribbon. This material is used where a flat application is desired. It is often layered for added fullness. Excellent for use in millinery, costume, wedding decoration, dressmaking and other applications and designs.
