Premium ostrich fringe on thin cording manufactured especially for Lamplight Feather. The length of the fibers is about 5-6 inches. The thin cording allows it to be hidden in a thin seam unlike similar products on bias tape. It is often layered for added fullness. Excellent for use in millinery, costume, wedding decoration, dressmaking and other applications and designs.
