Black Ostrich Feather Plume Premium Large 20-22+inches per each These PREMIUM dyed Black ostrich wing plumes are 24+ inches in length, extra wide, with long flowing fibers. The large premium plumes are available from only one bird breed, the South African Black which is farmed exclusively in southern Africa. The best wing quills are clipped from the most mature breeding males before the molt giving them the opportunity to grow a new set of plumes in season. A large and dramatic feather for decorative arrangements, costumes and fancy hats. Each feather is individually hand selected, steamed, and inspected by Lamplight.
