LAMPLIGHT RETURN POLICY Thank you for your interest in Lamplight Feather products. Lamplight Feather has been in business since 1973 under the same ownership. We will always strive to continue giving our best in customer service AFTER the sale as well as before. Our return policy is simple and straight forward and is printed at the bottom of each order receipt that comes inside your package. "Lamplight Return Policy: Customers may return any materials in good condition within thirty days of invoice date for full refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are at customer expense unless otherwise stated. Please call before returning any items." We WILL pay for return shipping if an item is shipped to you through our error. A phone call before making a return is helpful to both of us but is not absolutely required. Please include a note in each return giving the reason for the return, your choice of refund, exchange or replacement. We may have to call to get your credit card information to process the return if you choose not to include that information in your return package. We shred all customer credit card and personal information after we make the original shipment for security purposes. We suggest return be shipped via Priority Mail as it is usually faster and less expensive than UPS but that is your option. That's about it.
